2003 – 2004: TVOntario, Manager of Major Gifts & Sponsorship – Responsible for a team of development professionals and a revenue stream of $2 million annually
2002 – 2003: Toronto Arts Council, Director of Development & Communications – Project-managed the launch of 10-year strategic plan for Toronto arts; launched Toronto Arts
2000 – 2002: Royal Ontario Museum, Development Professional – Responsible for all aspects of stewardship and recognition of ROM Foundation donors
1998 – 2000: KPMB Architects, Business Manager – Researched and developed over 40 proposals for a major Canadian architectural firm, resulting in over $150 million in gross revenue
1996 – 1998: DepARTMENT of Foreign Affairs & IntERNATIONAl Trade – Managed a $3.2 million budget for Canada’s Year of Asia Pacific involving coordination of arts/cultural groups representing 27 countries, as well as over 400 Canadian arts organizations
1995 – 1996: St. Christopher House Music School, Directed a 200-student community music school; supervised a teaching staff of fifteen
1994 – 1995: Desh Pardesh International Arts Festival, Manager – Produced this 75-artist international festival of South Asian arts
1993 – 1994: East York Symphony Orchestra, General Manager – Managed a semi-professional community orchestra; produced a five-concert season
1992 – 1993: Ann Summers International Artist Management – Assisted with the planning and development of the first International Festival of Singing (Italy/Canada)
